Children's Director Jessica Pierce

Jessica has been overseeing our Children's Ministry since April 2017. She has also worked with our youth and served on two mission trips to Nicaragua. Jessie works at Roebuck Elementary School working with 1st grade students and helping with reading intervention. She is a devoted wife to Brian and a loving mother to six: Brittany, Courtney, Dallis, Jeramiah, Kendrah, and Brennan. Her mission is to show the love of Christ and teach children to love God and love others. 

Youth Director Jodi Stepp
Jodi Stepp has worked with the children and middle schoolers at CWC over the years in various capacities but came on staff as co-youth director in 2022. She is a certified teacher and school counselor with twenty years of experience, fourteen of that spent in middle school.  

Music Director Dennis Stepp

​Dennis has been ministering through music at CWC since April 1997.  He also serves as Choral Director at Boiling Springs High School.  He is married to Amy and they have three children: Emma, Michael and Natalie.  

Youth Director Christine Montgomery

Christine has worked with children and youth for almost 20 years. In 2022, she came on staff as a co-youth director. She also works at Wakefield Automotive covering many different tasks including being an IT Director.
